Encore is proudly managed by an all-volunteer membership to raise funds for our two philanthropic programs: Clothes for Class and the Clothes for Class Shoppers, which support children in Jefferson and Shelby counties.

Policy Note:

We have a “NO RETURN” policy on all items purchased.

DONATIONS

Your donations are always appreciated!  Donations are tax deductible, a receipt will be provided.

Please bring your “gently used” items to the receiving door located at the rear of the thrift shop entrance.  Ring the doorbell, wait, and we will assist you in dropping off your items.

The public is welcome to donate items Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm; a tax receipt will be provided.

Donation Guidelines:

🚫 NO broken or damaged household items.
🚫 NO significantly damaged, torn, or stained clothing items.

Due to space limitations, we can NOT accept the following items:

  • Mattresses

  • TVs, computers, or printers

  • Encyclopedias

  • Cars or motorcycles

  • Large exercise equipment

  • Baby cribs, infant car seats

  • Hazardous materials, such as paint
